I wrote up the Sadun campaign overview and interview so please stop by to check it out. Sadun, as you'll recall, is running in District 10 here in Austin. His opponent, Mike McCaul, is beholden to any number of questionable corporations including Clear Channel, TXU, and Haliburton. He also gets funding from Bob "Swift Boats" Perry, the Club for Growth, and the NRA. Given all this, McCaul's right-wing politics, and the fact that he believes "the Bush team has done an exceptional job of rebuilding Iraq in a very short time," the idea of McCaul representing any part of Austin is, as far as I'm concerned, preposterous. So please, if you can spare $5, send it Lorenzo Sadun's direction.
