There's a lot of chatter in the blogosphere about the July Surprise...even Paul Krugman felt obliged to give a nod to the very strange circumstances surrounding the capture of Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani.
All this begs the question: if it's that easy to pressure the Pakistani's to produce Al Queda operatives, why don't we have Bin Laden??
