It looks like we may be getting a coffee house at the corner of Maplewood and 38 1/2. I think it's a great idea except that 1) I'm not sure where they'll have parking and 2) I think their proposed hours - 7:30am to 5pm - won't be profitable. Now a coffee shop open at night - especially one that sells beer/wine - would be fantastic. You can read more details about the proposal on Gordon Bennet's Web site.
