As of late, things are going a-okay. Despite the fact that I have so much school work I haven't balanced my checkbook in a week, done any laundry, cooked more than two meals, or really gotten anything worthwhile accomplished, I'm in a pretty good mood.
As an update, the Sammy Fund is currently at $172.59 - thanks to the many generous Chompy folks. Sammy is coming home Tuesday - any additional funds would be greatly appreciated...
I had a very nice weekend, mostly to spite those nasty hoods at Emo's. Yesterday I watched the Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys (rad!) and played with my roommate's puppy "Marvin". He's a little pesty when you're trying to eat but otherwise exceedingly fun. Today I went on TWO bike rides - that's more exercise than I've had in 6 months. My ass hurts very badly but it was a beautiful day so it was totally worthwhile.
I've got three more weeks of school madness until I'm done... I feel like I'm destined to screw up the good grades I've been working like crazy for but I don't really care anymore. I'm ready to have free evenings, time for my friends, and many mornings of sleeping in. I'd like to ask my fellow chompyites to recommend exciting and reckless social adventures for the free woman I will soon be...
