Will that be latkes with everything?
Last weekend I made something close enough to latkes to lie to my Japanese friend that they were latkes. I can’t believe it’s not latkes! No applesauce here, but I sauteed up some apples, much to my friend’s horror (“You’re COOKING apples??!!”), and actually tracked down some sour cream after only 2 stores.
Hey, I miss you, Miss Tam, why are you always leaving the country like this? Come back! Say hi to Missouri for me.

Oh yeah, I have an Xmas box for you and Jacob, but this bigass snowstorm is keeping me from the post office. Soon though. Have a great Christmas!!
